Products can be exchanged if returned within 10 days of delivery, provided they are in the same unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging. Items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted for exchange.

For products damaged during transit, replacements will be provided. To initiate the process, please email us the details and pictures of the damaged product to connectmyrah@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
